This story is far from over for the Cafaro family. His daughter Capri will most likely face backlash in the next election, should she decide to run. It's hard to believe that she didn't know anything about this. There is a whole lot more to this story. Stay tuned.

Thus those whom are Cafaro bought and paid for individuals operating in downtown Youngstown or Trumbull county. Better become so amendable to seeking leniency they pursue cutting a deal.

See big boys don't jail well and with having privileged paths and cronies doing their dirty work. When faced with apprehension they crack under pressure.

Cafaro's the perfect profile picture of those who's lives and lifestyle's in no way prepared them for getting in the mix nor the durable incarceration that can prevail as a result of it.

He's already taken measures to protect the family assets and withholding the books is a sign he's looking to make a deal to diminish the dirt.

Which the only way to get any deal if the bribe avenue doesn't work. Is to start outing henchmen and if this fed crawl is truly on the hunt. They want those cronies badder than a hog needs slop,..

Which with a possible six months as the initial appetizer. I sense they're going to get some surprising names of individuals in some pivotal positions.

First Capri Cafaro, as "president" of U.S. Airways, claimed she knew"nothing" about her father's bribes of which he was found guilty. Then she claims to know "nothing" about the extra 10 grand illegal contribution to her campaign fund. One of only two things can be true. Either she is lying or she operates in such an air-headed insulated vacuum that she really didn't know. IN EITHER CASE she is rendered unqualified to be in the Stare House and, as the last vestage of the Marc Dann disgrace, should resign. As an aside, she claims to have spent well over a million dollars of "her own money" in one of her failed attempts to get elected. Where did THAT money come from? Remember, she was raised in a family atmosphere where graft and bribes are considered OK and just a way of doing business. What do you think?

IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!!! I think about all of the people who were shut out of running for office by the Cafaro money against them. Just think of all the damages they have done to this community by costing the taxpayers over 2 million dollars to fight their foolish lawsuit over Oakhill!!!

All it says is there were more offices that Cafaro owned than just that of a federal district legislator puppet.

Which by court records shows a time line, events and even amounts that were used to have reduced Traficant to become.

Which the idea of Cafaro owning more than Traficant is something most if not everybody knew but just didn't have names or proof.

Now it's coming out on a larger scale and after Traficant has been tried, convicted and even done his 7 years.

Now others are going to get their chance to be found either innocent or guilty and this seems like it's going to be a growing stream of crooked crabs snared in this catch.

So is JJ being put in the slammer until Monday in the interest of quelling public criticism ? What next ? Probation in lieu of time in a federal facility ?

But the other angle is he could be being detained as to be able to speak with him in total seclusion.

As a means to have him flip and not have anyone of pending target interest to neither correlate, contact him nor be tipped off.

See when meeting or speaking with even a possible " flip " that's not incarcerated. Is difficult to not be detected by an array of people of interest possibly and likely watching and or listening. For any contact with either a kingpin or low hanging fruit cronies.

So incarceration for any period of time can be exceptionally useful to work a roll in cases like this.

Note the next hearing to even discuss bond isn't until Monday. Which in those 5 days a load of information can be provided and checked for validity.

As well as authorization orders for records to be pulled for review, surveillance tails and communication taps emplaced and some other highly effective measures implemented.

Where it could be one or the other we'll see as this shakes out. If it was staged cronies knew to expect it beforehand.

However, if not you can best believe there's a number of restless and second guessing cronies. That's now wondering if these 5 days of seclusion. Signifies they're getting beat to the " Lets make a deal " who's going to flip first sweepstakes.

But to enter a hearing non willing to open his financial books was either deliberate or a gamble.

Deliberate would be setting the stage for token incarceration. But if it was a protective posturing gamble to game that judge and failed.

As a recorded failure to rehab from a history of previous probation gratuities haven been granted. For Cafaro to receive more probation would make a mockery of all levels of justice.

Thus rest assured that judge knows that and with all the high stakes investigations going on with Cafaro being smack dab in the center of them.

Unless he's been given back door access as we speak he's fit to be receiving so much company, conversation and given the opportunity.

To " hear things " leaving him to ponder who's told them as much as they'll be willing to use to flip him.

That come Monday morning Cafaro could be deemed a deal making poky housed Picasso. From having had time and taken the opportunity to have drawn a virtual dot connecting map to lynch-pins.

As a means to save some of that not jailed well bacon off his back knowing beyond a mere hot seat. With all that's unraveling he's in the skillet.

In a manner of hide saving he outed Traficant, as well as rolled on Tsagaris, along with Cronin, and in this ordeal he even fat fingered a member of his daughters campaign.
